Sorry for this time of inactivity but I was very busy. I have rebuild new version of the team editor manager.  I hope it's useful

- Fix memory

- Improve tool

- Fix bug

- Fix minor iusses

- Fix small error

- Fix export version

- Team's names ( 15 languages supported )

NEW USING THE TOOL: if you want to open the database, you must have a folder with all the files (Ball.bin, Player.bin. PlayerAppareance.bin ...) and not a folder for Player.bin, Ball.bin, and a folder for PlayerAppareance.bin
