if you have installed version 1.2 (1.2 + 1.2.1 + 1.2.5 + 1.2.6), you must delete

1) Download the patch

2) Extract the folder on the Desktop

3) Open it and start "installer.exe"

Good Game

The same is true for the fix 1.31

however to the new graphics + the effect stadium, the contents should be placed in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ KONAMI \ Pro Evolution Soccer 2013
